HVFC was dispatched for a dwelling fire on Dogwood Lane near Heaton Lane in Lower Moreland at 8:57 pm. Caller reported a fire in the attached garage. Assistant Chief 11 reported smoke showing and assignment was upgraded. Engine 8-1 deployed 1 3/4” line to extinguish a pile of wood on fire on the exterior of the garage. No extension to the interior of the garage or dwelling. Units responding included Engine 8-1, Tower 8, Utility 8, Engine 11, Engine 11-1, Bucks Rescue 2, EMS 355, and Station 8 Fire Police.
