HVFC was dispatched for a vehicle accident rescue at 5:44 pm today on Huntingdon Pike at Chestnut Street. Three cars were involved and crews from Squad 8, Engine 11 Bryn Athyn Fire Company and Rescue 9 Rockledge Fire Company rescued a victim from one of the vehicles. Also on scene were ambulances from Bryn Athyn and Second Alarmer’s Association and Rescue Squad of Montgomery County and Station 8 Fire Police for traffic control.
