HVFC was dispatched for a commercial building fire at 2511 Huntingdon Pike at 6:34 pm September 2nd. Caller reported that electrical wires attached to the building were smoking. Crews from HVFC, Bryn Athyn Fire Company, and Rockledge Fire Company turned off power to the building and checked the inside. Aparatus responding were Engine 8-1, Tower 8, Engine 11, Engine 9, Rescue 9, 355 Ambulance, and Station 8 Fire Police. PECO was called to the scene.
